Helping out and Learning While About, Tour De Cure

What an opportunity to help and learn at the same time. Once a year the Local area amateurs of Box Elder County and surrounding Area get a chance to help out with Tour De Cure a bike race designed to promote Health and race funds to find a cure for diabetes. If you think about it some one you know either a family member or friend or fellow ham may have the disease. I have serveral friend and family members with type I and type II so this race has some meaning to me personally. This year we did a good job most of things went right. We all learned some things we can do to make things better next year. Nobody I have talked or heard on the net had major complaints.
